First Post

Welcome to my blog! I never thought I would start one, but I just wanted to try it out. I guess I'm the "late majority" when it comes to blogging. Well, legend has it that blogging has therapeutic properties, so we shall see. As to what this blog is about, it is about my walk with God. I'll cut to the chase. I'm a Christian who has recently "found" God again.

Actually God has always been there with me, but it was me who chose to "leave" Him (as if that's really possible) and do things my own way. For three whole years of my life, I lived in a worldly manner and did according to what was right in my own eyes.

But God is loving and merciful. At the end of my three-year hiatus, I was down in the dumps. I hit rock bottom, so to speak. Through a very painful process, God made me realize that He was and is and will always be the only one that I should live for. This is just a summary of my recent years in my walk with God -- I apologize that I can't really get into specifics right now, as it's a long story. There are a thousand things I'm bursting to tell you about. But those stories will have to be left for another day.
